Delivery Policy

HeyKidz sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How you get your files

• Instantly on screen: as soon as your payment is confirmed, your access link is shown on the order confirmation page.
• By email: we also email the access link to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

The files are shared through Google Drive. You can open and print pages directly from Drive on your phone, tablet or computer, or download the folders you want to keep.

File size

The Kids Printables Vault is about 1.5 GB across 13 folders. You don't need to download it all: open pages straight from Drive, or download one folder at a time on Wi-Fi. The Preschool Learning Path is about 50 MB, and the Hindi Varnamala Pack (included free with the Vault) is about 11 MB.

Didn't receive it?

First check your spam or Promotions folder. If you still can't find the email within 2 hours of paying, write to support@heykidz.in or call +91 80731 72702 with your order ID and we will resend it.

How long access lasts

Your access link stays active for at least 12 months from purchase. We recommend downloading the folders you use most so you always have your own copy.
