These terms apply when you visit heykidz.in or buy a HeyKidz product. HeyKidz is a brand of SocialQlick, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

HeyKidz sells digital products only: printable PDF files that you download or open online. Nothing is shipped to you. The product page describes what each product contains, including the number of files and pages, the age ranges and the file format (A4 PDF).

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes. We may change prices for future orders; the price you paid at checkout is final for your order.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is confirmed once Razorpay confirms the payment.

3. Your licence to use the files

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own family at home. You may print as many copies as you like for your own children.

You may not share, forward, upload, resell, give away or publish the files or the access link, in full or in part. For classrooms, tuition centres, playschools or day care, please contact us first for a teacher licence.

4. Educational content

The pages are for practice and play at home. They are not a school syllabus and are not affiliated with or endorsed by CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, any state board or any Montessori organisation. Ages and class levels are a general guide; every child learns at their own pace. Please supervise young children when they use scissors, glue or small materials.

5. Delivery and refunds

How you receive your files is explained in our Delivery Policy. When a refund applies is explained in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the files accurate and working. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for printing costs, paper or ink.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
